Meet The Team
Albert B. Jubilo
A seasoned chemical engineer and educator, this professional has dedicated over 30 years to advancing engineering education, environmental research, and professional development. Recognized as a Senior Specialist and Fellow by the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers, his work spans academia, consulting, and leadership in national organizations. With a strong foundation in chemical engineering, law, and educational management, he has authored numerous textbooks and research papers and actively contributes to conferences and journals. His commitment to ethical practice, innovation, and collaborative growth continues to shape future engineers and drive sustainable solutions across industries.
Agnes Filomena A. Wark
A licensed chemical engineer, is the president of AquaWarks Water Treatment and Supply Services (Philippines) and AquaWarks LLC (USA). She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University and an MS in Environmental Engineering from California State University, Fullerton. With over 20 years of expertise in water treatment, environmental health and safety, and humanitarian engineering, she has also served in technical and leadership roles at RS Water Holdings, APS BioGroup, and RDL Pharmaceutical Laboratory. Agnes is a certified sustainable building advisor and actively supports Engineers Without Borders as a project co-lead in the USA and adviser in the Philippines.
Rev Jericho R. Tubiera
A dedicated Chemical Engineer and scholar currently advancing his expertise through a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering. His professional experience is notably anchored in the water sector, where he served as a Senior Engineer A in the Treatment Unit at the Davao City Water District. In this capacity, he was instrumental in managing critical production operations to ensure water quality and treatment efficacy. This hands-on industry experience is bolstered by his academic research, which focuses on pioneering sustainable water purification technologies, including bio-electrochemical systems, findings he has presented at significant conferences. His technical proficiency is further validated by professional certifications as a Certified Drinking Water Sampler and a Safety Officer 2, underscoring his comprehensive and safety-oriented approach to water treatment and management.
